Equality and Diversity

Lowestoft Sixth Form College is proud to be a member of the Network for Black Professionals (nbp). Through this link, we hope to widen our pool of talent and reach more ethnic minorities, celebrate cultural diversity as well as provide support for current employees belonging to minority groups. We have been accredited with the Disability Symbol and are committed to ensuring that all employees have an appropriate level of disability awareness and that all staff develop and make use of their abilities. We will also interview all disabled applicants who meet the minimum criteria for a job vacancy.
