Our A2 Health and Social Care students took part in the “The Apprentice” finals this week. A2 Health and Social Care students had a six weeks to design, market and test a new children’s toy or activity. Each week they took turns to be team leader and represent their group in a boardroom meeting where they had to discuss that week’s progress, answer questions on their achievements and where judge on their groups accomplishments. Each week the winning group won an prize and the overall winner in week 6 received a £15 Boots voucher each. This met AO1 and AO4 of their Child Development unit.
