Congratulations to “Draggles”: Harriet Clarke; Amber Waters and Megan Scott – The Apprentice Winners
A2 Health & Social Care students had a six week timetable to design, market and test a new children’s toy or activity. Each week they took turns to be team leader and represent their group in a boardroom meeting where they had to discuss that week’s progress, answer questions on their achievements, justify their action and were judge on their groups accomplishments. Each week the winning group won an prize and the overall winner in week 6 received £20 High Street vouchers. This met AO1 and AO4 of their Child Development unit.
