Feeder Schools
Students travel from across Norfolk and Suffolk to study at Lowestoft Sixth Form College, choosing us for our welcoming community, high-quality education and opportunities for their future.
We work closely with more than 10 local feeder schools to introduce students to life at the College and help them discover why Lowestoft Sixth Form College could be the right choice for their next step.
Our partnership with local schools goes beyond simply introducing students to the College. We deliver workshops and bespoke sessions tailored to students’ needs, as well as welcoming groups to campus for tours and taster days. These opportunities give students the chance to experience our learning environment, meet staff and students, and get a real feel for sixth form life.
We also work with schools throughout the year, attending parents’ evenings, options evenings and careers events to provide information, answer questions and support students and their families as they consider their post-16 choices.
