About the course…

Do you aspire to work in early years education, childcare or assisting teaching? If so, this course is perfect for you.

You will study a range of engaging topics including child development, supporting education, special education needs and disability, behaviour, equality and diversity, working with parents, carers and wider families and safeguarding.

In addition, there are further specialisms you can focus on, including play and supporting development.

  • 5 GCSEs at level 5 and above. This must include English and Maths.
